Columbus English Language College arranges evening activities every evening from 7:30pm-9:00pm. This enhances the social element of the programme and provides language students with an opportunity to learn more about Irish culture. It enhances students’ ability to converse in social situations while gaining opportunities to use new vocabulary and new phrases in a social context. We organise a varied evening schedule to cater for different preferences.
Evening Activities include:
- Cinema Evening through English.
- Music Evening – Irish evening of dance, song and music.
- Sports
- Sight-seeing walks.
- Treasure Hunt and Games
- Quiz Night.
- Shopping – Friday evenings.
- Cultural Evening – drama, poetry and song.
